1. Directory Scope & Eligibility
The specifications, sizing guides, and distribution matrices provided herein are intended for commercial qualification of AMD enterprise products. Access to authorized distributor pricing tiers and deal margin registration requires active qualification as an enterprise solution provider.
2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
AMD, EPYC, Instinct, and Ryzen are registered marks of their respective brand holders. All other corporate marks, distributor trade names, and third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners, referenced strictly under nominative fair use for commercial product routing and technical compatibility verification.
3. Commercial Warranty & Allocation
Motherboard sizing matrices, thermal envelope recommendations, and SKU availability are indicative of channel availability through authorized distributors (Arrow Electronics, Avnet, TD Synnex, Ingram Micro). Specific delivery timelines and commercial warranty provisions are governed by authorized distributor agreements.
4. Modification & Termination
We reserve the right to modify technical sizing guidelines, enablement collateral, and directory access criteria without prior notice to reflect new silicon stepping announcements and socket validation revisions.
